Manila International Recruitment, Inc. is a honorable title from POEA and successful history and contributions to many Filipino OFWs.

The company was incorporated on 21 January 1980 with an authorized capital stock of P1, 000.000.00 under Securities and Exchange Commission Registration Certificate # 90775. On August 16, 1997, the authorized capital was increased to P2, 000,000.00 which was approved by Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on December 3, 1997. The corporation is also registered with the Department of Trade and Industry under Certificate of Registration # 00200942 valid until 10 August 2011.

Likewise, the corporation is a holder of License # POEA-188-LB-102015-R valid until 07 November 2019 from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) / Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) as a duly licensed private employment agency, with special authority to recruit and deploy entertainers abroad.

The corporation commenced operations immediately upon its incorporation with Middle East countries as its area of concentration, deploying basically technical personnel, i.e., electronic and communication engineers and technicians, engineers of various specializations, computer engineers, programmers, operators and technicians, petro-chemical engineers and technicians, drillers, automotive mechanics, heavy equipment operators as well as office professional, technical staff and medical personnel.

In March 1988, it was able to obtain special authority to recruit and deploy entertainers abroad, and since then, the company has been continuously deploying Filipino performing artists in Japan, as well as in Europe.

With the cooperation and dedication of its officers and employees, the company aims to continue contributing its fair share in the development of Philippine economy by deploying quality contract workers and performing artists, who are hailed as "new heroes" in Philippine contemporary history.
